Do I need a medical card to shop?
No. Casa Bliss is a recreational dispensary. Anyone 21 or older with a valid ID can shop. No medical card or doctor’s note needed.
What ID do I need to bring?
A valid, government-issued photo ID that shows you are 21 or older, such as a driver’s license, state ID or passport. We check ID on every visit.
Can I order online ahead of time?
Yes. Browse the live menu and place a pickup order on our menu page, then pick it up at the counter when it is ready. You pay at pickup.
Where is Casa Bliss in Syracuse, and is there parking?
We are at 1011 W Genesee St #3, Syracuse, NY 13204, on the west side of the city. In typical traffic-free driving it is about 3 minutes from downtown Syracuse and 4 minutes from Destiny USA. Free parking is steps from the front door.
What are your hours?
Monday to Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 10pm, and Sunday 10am to 8pm. We are open 7 days a week. Holiday hours may change, so check @casabliss315 on Instagram before a holiday.
How do I pay, and do you take cards?
Cash always works, and there is an ATM on site. Debit acceptance can vary, so ask your budtender at checkout.
Can someone else pick up my online order?
Orders are picked up by the person who placed them. Every pickup needs a valid 21+ ID that matches the name on the order.
It’s my first time. What should I expect?
Our budtenders will greet you, answer your questions without judgment and help you find something that fits. No pressure, no jargon. Start low and go slow.
