Do I need a medical card to shop?
Nope. Casa Bliss is a recreational dispensary, so anyone 21 and over is welcome through our doors — no card, no doctor, no paperwork. Just bring a valid ID and your good vibes.
What ID do I need to bring?
A valid, government-issued photo ID that proves you’re 21 or older — a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. We card everyone, every visit, so keep it handy. It’s the one house rule we never bend.
Can I order online ahead of time?
Absolutely. Browse the full menu and place a pickup order through Dutchie right from our site, then swing by when it’s ready. Order-ahead is the fastest way to skip the browse and get straight to the good part.
How do I pay, and do you take cards?
We’re cash-friendly and there’s an on-site ATM if you need it. Debit acceptance can vary, so bring cash to be safe — your budtender will walk you through the options at checkout, no guesswork.
Is there parking?
Yes — there’s parking at our Syracuse location, so pulling up is easy. Grab a spot, come on in, and make yourself at home.
Can someone else pick up my online order?
Orders are picked up by the person who placed them, and every pickup requires a valid 21+ ID that matches — so the name on the order needs to be the face at the counter. It keeps things responsible and above-board for everyone.
It’s my first time. What should I expect?
First and foremost: welcome — we love a first-timer. Our budtenders will greet you, answer every question judgment-free, and help you find something that fits — no pressure and no jargon. Come curious, and remember, start low and go slow.
What are your hours?
We’re open Monday through Thursday 9am–9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am–10pm, and Sunday 10am–8pm. Early bird or night owl, we’ll be here. Come by whenever suits you.
