Before you come in
Do I need a medical card to shop?
Nope. Casa Bliss is a recreational dispensary, so anyone 21 and over is welcome through our doors. No card, no doctor, no paperwork. Just bring a valid ID.
What ID do I need to bring?
A valid, government-issued photo ID that proves you’re 21 or older: a driver’s license, state ID, or passport. We card everyone, every visit, so keep it handy.
Can I order online ahead of time?
Absolutely. Browse the full menu and place a pickup order through Dutchie right from our site, then swing by when it’s ready.
How do I pay, and do you take cards?
We’re cash-friendly and there’s an on-site ATM if you need it. Debit acceptance can vary, so bring cash to be safe. Your budtender will walk you through the options at checkout.
Is there parking?
Yes, there’s parking at our Syracuse location, so pulling up is easy. Grab a spot and come on in.
Can someone else pick up my online order?
Orders are picked up by the person who placed them, and every pickup requires a valid 21+ ID that matches. The name on the order needs to be the face at the counter.
It’s my first time. What should I expect?
Welcome! Our budtenders will greet you, answer every question without judgment, and help you find something that fits. No pressure and no jargon. Come curious, and remember: start low and go slow.

We’re open Monday through Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 10pm, and Sunday 10am to 8pm.

Do you deliver?
Yes. Order from the live menu or call (315) 720-3339 and we’ll get it to your door.
Who can accept a delivery?
An adult 21 or older with a valid government photo ID has to accept it in person. We check ID at the door every time, and we can’t leave an order on the step.
Do you deliver to my address?
Call (315) 720-3339 with your address and we’ll tell you right away, along with any fee or minimum for your area.
When do you deliver?
Call (315) 720-3339 for today’s delivery times. The shop is open Monday to Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 10pm, and Sunday 10am to 8pm.

How does curbside pickup work?
Order ahead on the live menu, pull into the lot at 1011 W Genesee St, and call (315) 720-3339 when you’re parked.
Do I still need my ID?
Yes. Every pickup needs a valid 21+ government photo ID, and the name on the order has to match it.
When can I pick up?
Any time during open hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 10pm, and Sunday 10am to 8pm.

Can I just walk in?
Yes. No appointment needed. Bring a valid 21+ ID and come in any time during open hours.
